Can't say enough good things about Waterline Square. The services and staff are exceptional. The amenities are expansive. The apartments are well laid out and the finishes are terrific. The process of securing an apartment here is easy and the management portal is easy to navigate. If you are thinking about Waterline Square, I can highly recommend it. It is an elevated living experience that few buildings in NYC can rival.

What an incredible building with probably the best amenities in the city. Staff is very helpful and everyone is friendly. I used to live in midtown and although the amenities in my building were very good (The Orion), this place is just something else. Definitely worth looking into it if you're considering finding a place in Manhattan.

I live two doors down from this complex and frequent the public park often as well dine at the restaurants and shop at Morton Williams. My complaint is how poorly they maintain all of the outdoor space. The area in front of Morton Williams is always dirty and full of trash as well as the area in front of Harry's. Trash cans are frequently overflowing and the pavement areas could use a good power wash. Come on with your Billion dollar complex.
