I used their rooftop terrace for my proposal. It is located in the heart of NYC with pretty fairy lights and has the Empire State in the background, which is perfect for small events. The receptionists Jenni and Chloe were also very friendly and helpful in making sure that the proposal was a success. Be careful during winter though as the ground on the rooftop terrace became very slippery.

For Jaysuites on Madison Avenue: It's been a great experience here. My top compliment is the staff's administrative and even economic malleability. As a Doctor of PT, it was difficult for me to find and office with enough resources and accommodations to provide my clients with. So, during the height of COVID, Jaysuites came through with awesome pricing and allowed a person of my profession to establish a business. And I'm the only person with my kind of profession here so it is definitely appreciated (since Jaysuites isn't necessarily equipped to accommodate therapists like me). Since then (I'll make my first successful year in June here) Rich, the property manager, has been nothing but supportive, accommodating and communicative. Gisselle, the front desk manager and receptionist, has been superb with communication and providing assistance with business operations. She's a sweet heart!
