They do not support working moms, single moms, or those in difficult situations. They are the only people that still see Covid as the most dangerous threat to humans, period. If you already have kids you will want to go somewhere else. Because if you need to have your kids with you for some reason, they will turn you away. Save yourself the time and headache.

I'm getting so fed up with this practice. I'm currently 36 weeks pregnant and my appointments have been cancelled 3 times in the past month at the Stockbridge office. Then I'm told they're booked up and I'll have to go to the Fayetteville office which is a 50 minute drive for me. I'm currently working and have to see a specialist too so I can't have two hour commutes for appointments. I chose this practice because there's an office in Stockbridge. Now I'm at a point where I'm stuck here due to how far along I am. Not only have I been cancelled on three times but at my last appointment the NP asked me what my plans were and I told her a natural birth, she then states you don't want to schedule a C-section? Why am I being asked this when there's nothing medically wrong with the baby and I just told you my plans. It seems as if they're trying to schedule you to make it more convenient for the doctors or for the $$. I've also waited close to an hour for several appointments and had to pay $35 to have my FMLA paperwork completed! I had a few issues with this practice during my first pregnancy's but now it's gotten worse. It's really infuriating they're treating someone this far along in their pregnancy this poorly.

Used this practice for the past 5 years. They helped with my last pregnancy. They were kind and helpful. The only thing I wish was I could’ve seen the same doctor throughout the whole experience like I did with my first pregnancy but we were living somewhere else then and the Obgyn clinic there did things that way. It was more enjoyable bc you knew the doctor better.

Love Dr. Beckford, and the nurse staff made me really comfortable and answered any questions I had when I would call the nurse line. MA’s are very sweet even in all this lol

Questions & Answers

It seems that they treat women with improper care, disrespect,&irratability. Do you guys think that behavior from offices like this leads to high infant mortality in GA & maternal mortality for AA women? I hate my OB referred me here& im scared tbh!

Yes. In building 1279 they have good gynecologists and midwives
