Bath and Body Works is a store I both dread and enjoy going in. I know to expect a crowd and its a really small store so I will feel cramped after a while but, I enjoy the products this company has. Upon entering the store no one greeted me or tried to help me. I didn't care or mind to much because I like to be left alone while shopping but still its protocol. Secondly, they need to hire better people PERIOD. The young lady who rung me up was not friendly or professional. She didn't greet me not ONCE and kept complaining to her co-workers that after this customer she was going on break. If she was in such a rush to get me out the way she should have just left and let someone else with a better attitude and a more professional disposition take over. She was also rude to my mother and yelled at her that she was closed and on break, again RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I can spend money at plentyyyy of other Bath and Body Works stores in Georgia with better staffs. This location needs to step it up on customer service.

Excellent customer service. Discerning nose knows and goes to this fragrant haven. ❤️ Worth it, though coupons can be a bit tricky to use.

I was very impressed being greeted by a friendly staff. I was more impressed by Bath & Body Works having more of a selection for men. Great job 👏 to the staff as well as the company 👏.
