It is rare when they're NOT behind the schedule, is extremely annoying and unprofessional, the worst if you are a commuter.

Their customer service is poor in regards to bus delayed

The busses leaving late at night seem to run closer to on time. The times that I've passed through that's been the case, we were only 15 minutes behind schedule.

Greyhound is getting very bad nowadays. Customer service is appalling.
