Hello there! We do allow animals. There is a 30 lb weight limit, and some breed restrictions. As Jenn said, there is a nonrefundable $300 pet deposit, along with a monthly pet rent, and a limit of 2 pets per apartment. As for the rest of Jenn's comment, I think she may be confusing us with another property. We do have a pool, multiple green spaces including playgrounds, dishwashers in most 3 Bedrooms and some 2 Bedrooms. Come take a look for yourself! The leasing office address is 1911 Kendall Place.
Yes, with a deposit. I DO NOT recommend this place! I got my 2 sons into this place back in 2015. One of my sons didn't have a car. It was my 2 sons and a friend (3 of them) in a 3 bedroom, all 3 on the lease. It was resonably priced, decent enough, but nothing fancy...$800 a month and my son w/o a car could walk to work, everything was good. Last year they got new Property Managers (I'm going to assume new owners) too. By now my son w/o a car has gotten a car. PM try telling people that live there they only get 2...TWO...parking spots & start towing people's cars after that. If you catch the tow truck, it's $40, if you don't, $100 plus. 3 people in lease...you get 3...THREE parking spots! I got a lawyer involved and they got their 3rd parking spot. This year, 2018, when tenants leases were due for renewal, they raised rent ridiculously HIGH! 3 bedroom went to $1100 a month! This place has NO pool, NO fancy park, NO dishwasher in the apartments...NOTHING to make it worth $1100 a month!
Out of curiosity, why dont you recommend Park Place?
