Been here going on 2 years I love it! The apartments are clean and new and best yet they have washer dryer included and are spacious open floor plans! Me and my dog like it here we’ve been here going on two years I love it. The dog park is big and they’re even expanding it as we speak it will be done this week! I am a disabled veteran and Georie and Jen have always made sure to be accommodating towards me. I think a lot of these reviews are inaccurate as apartment living you can expect to hear your neighbors if you don’t want that get a house and stop negatively impacting an apartments ratings because this place really isn’t that bad. We have a mix of young old disabled and able bodied some with kids some not the demographic is so diverse you’ll find someone you can be friends with. It’s like super diverse here so if you’re a bigot or have bad vibes or like to complain move to Beulah because we don’t need that over here.

Don’t live here if you work from home because they won’t do anything about noise complaints no matter how many people complain. I have spoken to several neighbors and we all have made similar complaints that have just been blatantly ignored. None of us can ever get through to the front desk because they just ignore our calls and avoid us at all costs. I’ve had a broken dryer for a month and a half because they refuse to pay for the vent to be cleared (fire hazard) and our other vents have BIRDS in them. They don’t want to pay for extermination but they also don’t want to give their maintenance staff the tools they need to remove the birds so I’ve just had a foul odor coming from my bathroom vent for over a month (which, mind you, is both a health and fire hazard). The birds also like to throw pieces of their nest out of the outside vent directly onto my balcony leaving dirt and grime all over my furniture. When asked why it wasn’t fixed yet they said they’re “at the whim of maintenance” which literally isn’t true because when maintenance came they told us the solution and said it requires the office to pay for a full property vent inspection/extermination, which they could have done over a month ago. They insist on trying “simple fixes” that don’t do anything because they don’t want to spend the money it takes to properly run an apartment complex. Although the rent is cheap and the apartment itself is beautiful, its not even close to worth the struggle of communicating with office staff.

I really enjoyed the apartment when I initially moved in although I had a bad vibe regarding their policy for holding an apartment. Typically, when you pay an admin fee you are locking in your unit and the quoted unit rent, however, here you can only hold a spot for only 14 days and then the price goes up. After getting past that I enjoyed the quietness of the area (it was fairly new). The parking is TERRIBLE. I realized no one was renewing their leases and for good reason. I can hear everything my neighbors on top of me talk about. Many units in my building have parties constantly throughout the week. Some things I can get past and try not to complain much, but I will say unless you only want to be here a short amount of time, it’s best to not waste your time. My lease renewal is coming up and they are increasing my rent by $300….insanity… I’ve never heard of such and that seems unreasonable. I have been trying to get in contact with someone in the office for days and they have been avoiding me and not returning my calls or emails. Also, maintenance request take forever because they can’t get anyone on staff. I really thought my experience would have been better.
