Leasing staff is amazing. Communication was great any questions I had they were able to answer or get me an answer in a timely manner. Didn’t have to wait too long for a unit to become available. I had a few things that needed attention during my walk through and maintenance was in to correct all issues within 48 hours. Only downfall is they say it’s a “smoke-free” community which I was really excited about but it is not.

We have lived here for 4 years now. Really can't say anything negative about it! It's so quiet here and neighbors are friendly. We have a dog park now and if they would put a couple benches around it that would be a really nice upgrade.

Fell in love with these apartments at first sight. The rent isn't cheap but the amenities and customer service makes it worth it! They have had some turn-over in the office staff, but the current workers are my favorite in the three years I've been here. I love the newsletters they send out and the events they plan for their residents. Any issues we've had were quickly and cheerfully resolved. They've added additional guest parking and a dog park since we moved in. The gardens are a fun community meeting point. Our neighbors keep this place looking great and are nice and quiet.
