I just moved out of Parkway and I promise you this was one of the best communities I have reside so far. The area is perfect!!! Right off the highway to downtown, a ton of stores and restaurants in the area, and overall a quiet and beautiful community!!! I was new to the Columbus area when I first moved into Parkway and I have no regrets. The only reason I did move was to downsize into a 1bd room and something more affordable for my income. Parkway have a ton of events throughout the year, decent amount of amenities, and a FREE car wash!!!!! I would like to give a huge shoutout to the office manager John. John will go beyond expectations to make sure what ever circumstance you are going through gets resolved. Thank you so much John for always being pleasant and patient. Move out was a breeze. I was amazed at how many items I accumulated within the time I stayed there and had to trash a lot of items. Every time I would go to the trash area to add more items, the trash would be cleared up and gone. That made it so much easier to make piles at the trash area. My deposit was mailed to me within my 30 days of move out and move out fees was very fair. Overall i would definitely recommend Parkway Village to anyone!

A relative of mine recently moved in. Do not let the floor plans and fancy pictures online deceive you. Not recommended. Poor management. Apply elsewhere.

They seem to have nice floor plans, but based on the reviews, the rent is much too high for all of the restrictions and invasion of privacy you have to deal with. I will look elsewhere.

Although the answer can be easily found on sites like apartments.com or forrent.com the answer is approximately $1,000 depending on what you're looking for. This is also the standard price point for most communities in the area built in the last 10 years.
It's in the same building as the office. There's a door on the side of it that faces Walmart, near the pool area. Since this this online I can't post the door access code, but the office people could help, they should be in about 10am
There are 4 or 5 different floor plans. Each unit has a different price with different variables, i.e., pets, first or second level, garage or not. Prices recently went up, but very reasonable with amenities here. Call the office or drop by. Staff is great and upfront about costs. I have been here a year and love it
$800 to $1250, depending on the type of apartment. May sound high, but the amenities are great. Best complex I have ever lived in.
