Horrible apartments, they dont want you to have any guests over. No smoking inside but the tentants still SMOKE INSIDE AND ON THEIR PORCH. They act so strict for no reason. I guess just because its "Grove City" ..

The apartment are well maintained and love how they keep a well manicured yard down fall is the children are playing in parking lot even upto 10 PM at night and some of the words that comes from there mouth is jaw dropping, some day a child is really going to get hurt
