I lived here for a little over a year. Never had any issues with maintenance or management. Moving due to job out of state, would have stayed here longer. Nice quiet neighborhood with plenty of nice and considerate people.

We have loved living here for 3 years. Never had any issues with maintenance or management. Always helpful to us. The pool is awesome!!! Lots of kids in the neighborhood. Only used laundry room a couple times but it's very nice. We will miss this place.

So I set an appointment for today and when I called to reschedule the lady that answers the phone was rude as hell. Not only was she rude but then begin to tell me that she already took an application for the place I was coming to look at. This was highly unprofessional and I was turned all the way off. I wouldn't suggest moving here just off the first impression experience. This is not a place that I would want to spend my money with. Then she tells me AFTER I called that she would let me know if someone else's application was approved or not , before I try to make arrangements to try and make my appointment work. I've waited 3 months for a place to open up and this lady tells me that she took an app amd doesn't call to let me know. If you see this run fast the other way. Worst experience I've had lookin for place to live. First impressions are everything.

The rent is fairly reasonable. Maintenance is done promptly. The bushes could be trimmed more often or down lower to avoid obstructing the mailboxes. Windows in the apartments could also be replaced as some of the features are a little dated with these being older apartments. Notices are given in good. The staff is also very friendly.

Hello there! We do allow animals. There is a 30 lb weight limit, and some breed restrictions. As Jenn said, there is a nonrefundable $300 pet deposit, along with a monthly pet rent, and a limit of 2 pets per apartment. As for the rest of Jenn's comment, I think she may be confusing us with another property. We do have a pool, multiple green spaces including playgrounds, dishwashers in most 3 Bedrooms and some 2 Bedrooms. Come take a look for yourself! The leasing office address is 1911 Kendall Place.
