Sometime this summer they switched to a new system and now the minimums are lower. For construction debris I've taken several loads (not huge) and they were each around $10. Depending on what you bring the rates are different, so just keep that in mind.
The fee is per ton. The minimum is $30 or $40, per ton is something like $80 or $90. Getting it gone... priceless.
