It start with Chevy Traverse - We have a 2018 traverse and have paid more repairs on it than any vehicle we’ve ever owned. This car is a four year old nightmare. Then been brought car in for engine light being on and of course another expensive repair but on top of that we brought the car in Friday and were told we would hear on Saturday with no information until Monday which only came as a text. I then showed us a report showing problems with rear brakes after the car was just in a few months ago and she said that the brakes were fine. Of course nothing covered under warranty and it just felt as if no one had time to explain.

I purchased a maintenance plan from another Chevy dealership. I was unable to get an appointment for an oil change with them, so I brought my business to you. You refused to take my maintenance plan coupon. This transaction ended up costing me more money. This is bad customer service and because of this I will no longer be a customer at your dealership.

Hello, our staff members are required to wear masks at all times. Workspaces, phones, and tools are sanitized throughout the day.
