This is not a dump, it is a transfer station that hauls to the dump. It can get extremely crowded during peak hours, and the dump area requires backing in about 200 feet, but the staff is friendly, and the facility is easy to use (you just throw your junk on the ground, next to the compactor bay). The good: cheap, easy to use, friendly staff. The bad: it stinks (especially when it's hot). The ugly: traffic within the dump is awful during peak hours.

If it's latex paint then you can dry it out yourself and put it in your residential trash. No need to bring it here. For oil based paints you might have to call. I highly doubt they would take it. I would say for anything non-latex you would need to bring it to one of the household hazardous waste events. Look up DKMM.org for HHW events. They usually hold several per year.
Yes
Yes absolutely. Christmas trees meaning artificial because will not take natural trees or yard waste
Sims will remove the refrigerant themselves. Just take it there whole. Transfer station can't accept refrig. Window ac etc.
Paint has to be dried out. Either make a pool with plastic and pour in spread out. Or buy paint dryer to mix in. It makes a huge mess if not dried so please don't burden someone with that mess. I recently dried 11 gallons and wasn't really a big deal.
Heck yeah!
Yeah u can basically bring any trash
It's $85 per ton. They will weigh your vehicle before and after. I average about $25 to dump a full truck and 8 foot trailer.
No honey but you can take it to Sims recycling and they will pay you for it
They accept everything but appliances and hazardous material.
They only take trash from union and Delaware county. So no you do not have to live in Delaware.
Yes. Drive all the way to the bottom to the small office where the scale is and weigh in. Then drive back up and back into the dump area. There is someone there to direct you. After you dump your trash, go back to the scale to weigh out and pay. Pretty easy. You can dump pretty much anything that isn't hazardous.
Yes. Pull around to the scale first. You'll have to back up to the dump area
Absolutely will take it. There is a minimum charge per load so may as well clean out the garage too.
Yes, this material is C&D and is a cheaper rate than trash
Yes, they take all kinds of construction waste.
Yes, absolutely
They take tvs tube and flat. They go to landfill. In mt Gilead mid ohio sanitation will recycle them for a fee, $25 i beleive. Landfill is cheaper obviously.
No, the place is staffed by free humans and not slaves so the employees will be enjoying the holiday.
Can's speak specifically to Debit cards, but I've used Credit Card so you should be fine
Can't say for sure but I would imagine it would have to have a hole drilled in it. I would suggest, actually, that you recycle it. Sims brothers would take it (again, would need a hole drilled in it).
They will not take railroad ties unless you cut them into firewood.
Yes it's gonna cost you though. There is plenty of concrete recycle places that will take it for free
Sometime this summer they switched to a new system and now the minimums are lower. For construction debris I've taken several loads (not huge) and they were each around $10. Depending on what you bring the rates are different, so just keep that in mind.
Yard waste is not acceptable here. Take it to price farms for free. It's down the road from hauk road kroger on warrensburg road.
