Why are campers so close to the CAP water project are they allowed to camp so close to resident homes? How can the BLM get dumpsters so trash is not left everywhere in the desert?

BLM controls the land. I assume that homeowners saw the camp when they bought their houses. BLM does not supply any services in boondocking areas. Campers are expected to take trash with them.

CAP is fenced off. No access. Rural area, most homes are on at least an acre. Strangely its a pretty clean place. I haven't seen any trash.

How long has the BLM been open at this location? I actually have lived here over 30 years. No notice on BLM would be coming and no they don't pick up the trash. This location should be monitored. Most campers are staying beyond their alotted 14 days. We used to hike this area can't now because of all the garbage they leave. They are destroying our beautiful desert and nobody cares.
