I made an online order for dinner for my kids and family. The food was finished cooking and ready to be picked up. They had my order waiting for me. The workers even looked at it before they refused to give me my food because the power went out. I had cash in hand, didn't need the change. They refused to even attempt to help or make it right. When i told them my family was waiting for this food they only said too bad and closed the door on my face. Never go to this pizza hut. Worse employees ever.

This location is a take out and delivery only my order is always ready in 15 mins these guys work fast and food is good

I had to go to the store to pick it up my “delivery” order. When I got there they had about 8 pizzas ready to be delivered (I guess they don’t have any drivers) but how would I know? The number they have here goes directly to a call center and no one picks up. I called three times. I was disappointed with their lack of empathy / customer service, they didn’t explain why it was taking so long or apologized for the inconvenience. The pizza was cold already so you know it was there for a long time. It would be nice if you had a number that goes directly to the store so you can update the customers.
