Doctor I saw for my preliminary pregnancy appointment made a point to tell me to avoid caffeine but at no point mentioned that the medication I have been taking for years is known to cause heart defects in babies when taken during the first trimester. I was not notified until I went to refill it and another doctor at the same office informed me. At that point I had been taking it for 2/3 of my first trimester.

Figured the negative reviews were not justfied but now i see it is the truth. A little back story went to a MultiCare urgent care clinic great service A++++ now started looking for a provider since i just moved and was given a list Multicare facilities that accepting new patients called and yes they are accpeting new patients but they are booked up so why would you tell patients looking for providers that your accepting when your fully booked up. That is just bad customer service.

Always have got in last minute if there's an issue, and the doctors pay attention to your problems and get whatever you need done asap. Been going for a few years. Interchanging Docs with newer careers intertwined with experienced practicing doctors. To me, its important to have working Dr's that are fresh and new to the industry. They tend to care more about the process bringing a lot of what they know into the clinic.
