While I really shouldn't rate them as I didn't buy anything from them, I was in contact trying to buy something and just gave up. They state email gets a faster response, I thought great! This works perfect for me as I'm currently work 6am to 8pm, I don't have time for calls! I would wait anywhere from 3 to 5 days for a response. Looking at their shed info was way too much so I replied asking for recommendations and what I needed this for. I got a reply to buy a gate.... Which really confused me. So I replied stating so. The response I got back was did xyz send you a quote? At which time I gave up dealing with this company. For one, I shouldn't have to wait almost 3 weeks for 3 emails, and 2 there is obviously a lack of communication within the business. So while I don't know how their services are, or sheds. I felt compelled to leave a review of the minimal contact I had with them, which made me go elsewhere.

I bought a 12'x20' lofted barn shed and couldn't be happier! It is well built with good materials. Brian made my purchase easy and fun to boot! When my shed was delivered, the guys were nice, and did a fabulous job! When I found two small issues, one being a misfire on a nail inside the shed, the other was a warped piece of siding, they were fast and friendly when they did the repairs. I wouldn't pay much attention to the negative reviews, myself, as I had a great experience from beginning to end. Management was great to work with, as were the delivery crew. I can't say enough GOOD things about my shed! I've had it for 2 years now, and highly recommend Old Hickory Sheds! Once my shed is paid off, I plan on ordering a garage/shed from them.

Horrible customer service with absolutely no follow through from management. They sheared the roof off our shed after hitting phone lines and the driver insisted he drop the shed off even though 3/4th of the roof was ripped off. After being promised it would be made right by several members of the management team, we still have not received any calls back. Of course they took our money in full and left us with a shed which needed extensive repair and rebuilt to fix the damaged to the roof and the supporting structure. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Burea. Do not do business with this company,

I ordered my unit August 4 and was told it would be ready in 5 weeks. Called back to ask for an update at 4 weeks and was called a liar and told the unit would be ready in 8 weeks. We are now at 10 weeks. The company won't return my calls, I have no idea when or if my unit will be delivered and am really just blown away this is happening after having spent so much money down.
