I am done with this location. We consistently get sent to wait to the left and when we do we get wrong items or missing items. Today was the final straw. We did not get given it even offered a receipt. Then proceeded to be given our bag and thankfully the lady stuck around to confirm we had everything which turns out we didn't. She went to check, the system showed we only got charged for part of the order. Had the manager come out and showed them the charge on the bank that totaled the whole order despite them insisting that not only was it not like that on the system but that now it was 10:30 so the breakfast was over. Like, what. We ordered before and we're going back and forth. Ingredients don't magically disappear or get locked? So much back and forth and reconfirming. Other staff came out also confused about what order went to who. I felt bad for a different lady that was looking around and walked back and forth the sidewalk with the same items for minutes. And this happens often. If you can't keep the orders straight, don't send people off to wait. It just causes chaos each time we go. So things that may fix this? - Ensure the golden standard of a receipt and if one isn't given maybe don't push back on the failings of your staff - Don't immediately push people to go off to the waiting lane if it just makes it worse when they could probably just wait a minute or two and in turn preventing further headaches that actually prolong the process - just better training. This has happened too often with different staff. There is a problem in the system somewhere.

I'm not impressed. We walked in to find a photo of the manager saying he wants his customers to be highly satisfied. We ordered two meals. My husband ordered chicken nuggets. The girl asked what kind of sauce he wants. It wasn't on the tray when they brought our food and neither was an order of fries. I took the receipt up to the counter and told the girl. She looked at me as if she didn't believe me. I asked her if I needed to go get the tray to show her. She then said she would get me another fry. The girl on the fry station must have been having a bad day and wanted to make sure everyone knows it. Food was cold too. I don't recommend this McDonald's at all!

This location has terrible customer service. Seems like management doesn’t have any standards. Secret shopper could come through and be super disappointed. Drive thru workers don’t even acknowledge you when you’re at the window, seems they’re always looking away or talking with a co worker. Never told to have a great day when leaving. Whoever the manager is, may need to develop better management skills.. Went early evening today, placed an order online to pick up curbside. Got there, did everything in the app. I waited over 10 minutes before I finally went in. When I went in, employees were yelling, swearing at one another. A girl, I don’t know if she was a manager or not, but she was screaming “parked car” over and over for easily two minutes, asking who would get it.. if you had to yell it that many times, she could have done it herself. Someone came up and asked if I needed anything, I told them I had been waiting awhile for my curbside order. He asked what my order was, I told him. He walked off, 5 minutes later I was handed my order that they more than likely had to redo. Very dissatisfied. Reading the reviews before writing mine, I see that I’m not the only one who agrees. Large amount of complaints about the yelling, and the rude employees. If a secret shopper were to come through, this place would be in trouble..

The people seemed nice, which is why they got 2 stars. I however am extremely unhappy with this order. The drive thru had a weird odor coming out of both windows. Guy was too busying talking to look at me when handing reciept and debit card back. Props on the no look pass though. The large fry was only half filled and fries were still raw, limp, and covered in oil. The burger was cooked but looks like they are cutting back on onions, lettuce, ketchup and mustard. Will be throwing this away and ordering from somewhere else. Thanks for the disappointment.

Still have no idea what time they actually close. Lobby is definitely closed before 11. The website says midnight, so that's way off.

I mean unless you work there that sounds like a rabbit trail for new folks looking for a known place with identical standards across the globe 🌎 I mean c'mon man mickey d'ees. Even Dave don't sell something unless it's corporate correct, nation's wide at wendy's
