I was there a couple of weeks ago and used the Wendy's App to order ahead and take out. I ordered a burger with no cheese. When I picked up my order, I checked it out and saw there was cheese on the burger. When I mentioned it to the employee, they called in the Manager (which seemed unnecessary in the first place) and I told the manager the issue, the Manager then yelled to the employees "we gotta remake this burger because this guy doesn't know how to use the app!", but clearly in the app I selected no cheese, as I can still look at my order history and see that I placed the order 100% correctly. I've used the app many times before without any issues, but now I'm being blamed/embarrassed for something that I had zero fault in. It may have been a technical issue with the app (not a great app), but still not my fault. So I'll just avoid this location from now on, I've had good luck at the Broadway location where they have much nicer employees. Another reviewer mentioned a couple of weeks ago that they also experienced a manager who was rude, and I'm almost certain it's the same Guy.

Every time I go in there the brown haired manager lady is always talking to the employees like they're idiots. Yeah we like good customer service but we also don't like seeing the employees treated like that in front of customers. Be better. Maybe send her to some leadership training because she doesn't understand the difference between a leader and am order giver

Went to get food and I was treated with disrespect, they were cursing and slamming things in the kitchen. And as we were waiting to order they started closing the window and locking it, instead of just informing us that the store hours had changed and they were closed. Absolutely appalling the behavior that they displayed, I will be contacting the manager and their corporate office.

Usually Wendy's is very fast and accurate but this visit was the opposite. I checked my location tracking and I was in line for 15 minutes. There were only two cars ahead of me in line but something was going on. The first car was at the window but nothing happened for the longest time. Training employees or something. I saw the employee talk to the driver, then the window closed. She spoke to another employee and eventually she grabbed a bag of food which was already sitting there and handed it to the customer. Then the car in front of me went through the same routine. Paid, waited a long time, then was handed a bag of food which had been sitting there. When I got to the window there were easily 6 more cars behind me and the same routine. Apparently my food was ready quickly but sat at the window for about 5 minutes until another seasoned employee came to the window, asked what I ordered and gave me my food which had been sitting there already.
