Straight up just watched the manager who was makin burritos stop what she was doing to help open the drawer to get cash for another customer and go back to making food. Without changing her gloves definitely last time going to this nasty taco bell

Stopped on my way home after a two hour drive stopped for mother's day so I didn't have to cook dinner. Forgot to order a taco box tried to order at the window with no one behind me and was told they couldnt add it at the window . So I had to wait for one order and then drive back thru and order the rest of the order. That was a awful experience there was no customer service there was only waste customer time here so disappointed 😞 thanks for making something that's suppose to be convenient and easy the complete opposite difficult and inconvenient should have and will next time just go to McDonald's.

I was trapped in the drive thru for 20 minutes but never even got food because their computer was down. They gave me a measly coupon worth $1.49. I had change in my car and suggested I could use that, but there were 10 cars behind me honking that were also trapped. So they had made us all wait while they served everybody up until the person in front of me. They could have just had the rest of those people exit the drive-through so that people weren’t trapped when there was no chance of them even getting food. That was poor judgement and really not thinking of the customers.

they put beef in my vegan order. there was no one else in line at the time. I ordered through the app so there couldn't have been a communication issue.
