I don't think they do take cash.You should call their corporate office if you can't get any help with the problem. You should call your credit card provider and have them reverse one of the payments.
I'd advise cash since I overheard them go in circles with this lady over the phone on speaker saying they overcharged her card. She sounded upset and the phone call lasted a while. They seem to try and pull one over on you if you don't watch them closely and carefully.
