Yes, I saw a young man, ~10 there. His parents were French. They appeared very well to do do. Guess it depends on how much you want to spend. Very pricey. I'm not sure the kids would enjoy as much as the adults though. The ride in the elevator is cool too. I'd say more interesting and better suited to adults.
In the lounge they have buffé with cheese and desserts. I Think it was 20 dollar
Kids!?! Maybe if they eat filet mignon, lobster, lamb and vegetables and you don't mind spending $98pp on a price fixed menu. Since my 8 yo son's diet consists of Kraft mac 'n cheese, pizza and chicken nuggets, I'd never pay to bring him here. However, my husband and I LOVED it!

I don't think there would be any problem if they're not too loud and know how to behave. However, it depends on what they like and are used to eat. You shoud probably check the menu.
