I’ve ordered from this restaurant multiple times (Williamsburg location) via Uber eats and I always have an issue with the Sweet Chick employee not marking the order ready when it is. I always have to call in (it takes multiple times to get through) and ask whether the order is ready. (It always is). And then a driver is immediately assigned. It appears to me that they are not staying on top of the orders that are sitting there waiting to be picked up. A driver cannot be assigned if the restaurant is not marking the order ready in a timely manner. The person operating the delivery orders needs to be retrained, asap. I will now be receiving fast food that has been sitting cold for 30 minutes.

Delicious - I had the vegetarian chicken. Waffles were served with various syrups and tasted fresh.

The waffles were super good and my drink was tasty. Hadn't been there for a few years. Perhaps it's just this location but the service style has changed quite a bit...No wait staff. Orders placed via bar code or at counter only. Plastic utensils, etc. 'Vegetarian' chicken option made of seitan but with buttermilk-based coating (which was OK).

sending my love all the way back home from california because the whole experience was amazing. so welcoming and inviting with the decor, the staff are some of the kindness out there and the food??? PHENOMENAL and exactly what I needed when I started missing home. I thank the staff and kitchen for a 10/10 first time expirence and will definitely be stopping by again the next time I'm in ❤

I saw a large group there seemed reserved and we tried to do a reservation but it's seems too small and busy for a reservation because it you reserve a table of 10...you took up a 4th of the place ..lol
They tell you when you visit to let them know and they can substitute...the menu is via QR code
