Every evening the download speeds drop below 1 Mbps. It's been doing this since November. On the 5 Mbps plan, I should at least be able to stream SD video, but no. Is this ever going to get back to the service we had before November?

Probably not. They continue to add more customers and not expand the bandwidth. I'm switching asap because I'm sick and tired of having to call every week. They told me a couple months ago that they were supposed to upgrade and fix their systems, but I've yet to see that happen.

Atlink is a terrestrial service, not satellite.

Have you had them check which satellite you're on?
