Hector with Builders First Source came out today for a warranty claim and got the window fixed in no time. He was super friendly and helpful and addressed all the issues we had and gave us some good tips on maintaining the windows as well. Excellent customer service, kudos to Hector and give that guy a raise. Employees like that can be hard to find!

Builder's Last Resort. Forced to use BFS/BLR as a vendor at a few companies, the only consistent thing I could count on was the order would be screwed up, whether it was an install or drop would be late or incomplete, locks being keyed for a different address, it was always something.
