I placed a same day order on Amazon for a new TV and picked it up at Beat Buy. It was super fast. There are a few kinks they still have to work out since the process is still fairly new. Best Buy (Memorial and Penn) has added a separate pickup area that is at the end of the building, however it is not ready yet. There are Amazon lockers out front that when will be for smaller items. While I know Amazon has theses all over, they aren't usually filled same day. Since I ordered on Amazon, I didn't see a place to have a separate pickup person nor was I able to use curbside pickup a d had to go inside to a separate customer service area that was designated just for pickup orders. The whole process took less then 10 minutes. However holiday shopping is fast approaching and if they don't get some things fine tuned it might not go as quickly. The TV was a great price though and Same day pickup was close to instant gratification.

No sales people available in or around the printers. The little cards with prices and descriptions did not match the printers in most cases, and printers described were not available in boxes for purchase. Maybe I just caught them right before they received new inventory. I have always had good experiences at Best Buy stores in the past.

Prices seem unnecessarily high. Attendants are helpful. Inventory is spotty. They seem to be out of a lot of things.
