Employees are rough with elderly dogs, honestly sad I will never forget another employee dragging an helpless elderly dog out of his kennel and also going around calling all the dogs ugly and saying he was gonna punch and beat them

Our boy George cannot stop grinning or control his excitement as soon as we get to places he recognizes as close to Vera’s! He has made a lot of human and doggie friends there. We trust the team there completely and wouldn’t consider taking him anywhere else!

My dog was TERRIFIED the fourth time she attended doggy daycare here, yet I have no idea what occured as their cameras were "down". And after 9 months they STILL haven't fixed the issue. I also found out neither she nor her friend (neighbor dog) were fed that day in question. Now they are refusing to refund me pre-purchased days despite admitting their staff and equipment operate on a "small business budget" and they don't have the ability to repair or purchase a new camera - a quote from assistant manager Savannah. I'll be filing complaints with the city and insisting on increased inspections via Oklahoma City Animal Welfare Department. EDITED TO ADD THIS IN RESPONSE TO THEM POSTING THE SAME RESPONSE ON FACEBOOK AND THEN COWARDLY BLOCKING ME: Absolute fabrication. On all accounts. I have the written correspondence from yesterday, and I will post it here so that everyone can decide for themselves what ACTUALLY transpired. Your staff told my husband at pickup that neither pup had food dropped off, which they did, your staff just misplaced it and then found the containers the next DAY! Your cameras STILL don't work and that's easily verified by visiting your website right this moment. You have multiple complaints about boarded dogs being left without food and water as well as several accounts of injury including a BURN TO A DOG'S SC0TUM! I would never allow my pet back in your facility as I cannot be guaranteed of her safety. And my neighbors no longer use you either. I'll be posting the screenshots EVERYWHERE so that your dishonesty can be viewed en mass.

My dog loves going to daycare. I love that I can check in on her. The staff is wonderful and they really do a great job making sure the dogs have a wonderful experience.
