I've been stuck here for 10 years. I've seen its minimal highs, I even wrote a review about how good it was, but I had to delete it. After the pandemic, this place has sincerely dropped to its lowest low. In the 10 years I've been here, I've never seen such slowness, such rudeness, and such disorganization from a clinic. I really want to know what the nurse turnover is, because I already know the doctor turnover is over 100%. They used to have at least 4-5 doctors around 2018, they even encouraged gynocologist visits. After the pandemic, I literally have only seen 2 general practitioners available. Pinto amd Manzano, I've read the reviews for Pinto and read that he was hard to talk to and you would have to wait hours for Manzano. I have waited for the phone appointments for 3 HOURS. For literally a phone call and I HAVE insurance. Not to mention the receptionists where you have an 80% chance of getting someone rude and annoyed by you, and the other 20% transfer you to some random person who is actively confused why you were transferred to them. Other things to note, appointments are either tomorrow, next month, or 3 months in advance. Good luck having your doctor to update your prescriptions and talk to the pharmacists. Be prepared for the in-clinic pharmacist to ask YOU more questions than the doctor. And be prepared to understand that if you have any serious medical illness like diabetes, high blood pressure, or any other "poor people" illness, they will assume you do not care about your body. The doctors, the nurses, and the receptionists will not only NOT care for you, they will assume you are just the same as any other poor person and how they take their health. Unless you have no insurance and no options, just stay away from here.

Customer service has bad attitude. I asked a question and they answered with attitude. When I said "thank you" they just hang up. Worthless facility

Look, they treat me well and they respect me as a person. I've been there for several years and they give me consultations there and, of course, there are times when I have to wait a bit, but wherever I want, what to wait since we are low-income and not wherever I want. they serve us
I think you have to schedule an appointment with the physician you normally see and they will review them with you and then give them to you.
