Called in to get additional information about installing turf (just needed 1/4 minus or whatever base they use to install turf in NJ as I am not from here) the first gentleman was very polite but couldn't answer my questions so he gave the phone to Bill. Bill was unprofessional and rude. I explained what I needed and he was condescending. I am a contractor but with the way he presented himself I will not be buying any materials from here.
