Purchased a home from Timbercraft in October of 2021. We noticed a few things when we first moved in - large deep scratch on kitchen floor, cracked driveway, hardware in bathrooms not matching, missing hardware on doors, fans being a different color than specified in the build list and a few other things mostly cosmetic. We provided a list of items to be repaired within he first few days and a few of the items were fixed. Door pulls in the bathrooms that did not match were replaced but the un-matching hardware in the showers we were told "just come that way". It's a set and looking up the item number elsewhere it's matching - they just installed the incorrect ones. The fans were replaced with the correct one a few months later because they were on back-order. The floor in the kitchen still hasn't been repaired. They showed up one day to do it but my husband wasn't available to help me move the fridge so they told me to call to reschedule. My husband has called and we get no response. The cracks in the driveway we were told at closing would be repaired. On the day of our closing we pulled up and someone said he had to fill them really quick. The fill job was terrible but we didn't have a choice to not close that day. We put in a warranty claim and it was denied. A few months after moving in we noticed that whenever we turned the showers on in the guest bathroom and 2nd bedroom bathroom it would make an awful noise. We put in a ticket and their resolution was to lower the water pressure, so now we have weak water pressure. The paint on the front door is really cheap, it started to come off on its own, almost crumbling off. I re-painted the door myself. Some of the cabinets look like someone painted an entirely different color over the top of it in a hurry and have un-matching spots. Overall, I am really disappointed in the quality of work. Everyday we find something new and it's frustrating because we purchased the home brand new. Most of the people we have dealt with have been extremely nice other than the warranty company itself. I probably wouldn't recommend them unless you have time to double check every single thing. We moved from out of town and did not have time to inspect every tiny detail unfortunately. Below are photos of the driveway, cabinets and bathroom hardware.

My husband and I have been using Timbercraft to build our first home. It has been the easiest, most seamless process! Jessica has gone above and beyond to make sure that all of our requests and questions were addressed. She genuinely cares about ensuring you have your dream home! I am so grateful that we found Timbercraft, and especially Jessica!

They build a quality home
Thank you for your interest in TimberCraft Homes! However, at this time we are only building in neighborhoods where we own lots. We do not currently have the capacity to build on scattered lots. Please let us know if you're ever looking to move to the Yukon, Edmond, or Deer Creek areas!
