If you have a long line of people wait 20+ minutes in a register line because you have 1 cashier for the entire store or force everyone to checkout their own items then dont expect them to wait in ANOTHER line to prove they paid for their items to exit the store. The assumption of theft by checking receipts and then attempting to block exit of the facility with threats and bully tactics is ridiculous, yall should be ashamed. After the year is up on our family's membership we will absolutely not be renewing. In response to Sams club response. Scan as you go and self checkouts do not offer tax exemption. If you want efficiency hire more cashiers and less people checking receipts accusing your members of theft when leaving the store.

I had to return an electric shaver, which was no problem, fast and easy. Unfortunately they had nothing to exchange it for. No electric shavers at all. That was disappointing.
