Worst body shop in the state of Oklahoma. Took my Dodge Ram truck in to be repaired after a collision with a very large buck deer, charged me and my insurance company over 5600.00 for a shoddy and second rate repair job. Had the truck for nearly 30 days, and when we went to pick it up, the hood seam was uneven, chip marks on the passenger door, and the rear bumper was a big mess. The general manager of this service king location, Trent Mooring, is the rudest most unprofessional person I have ever come in contact with in a business setting, along with Stephen Hayes, their director of operations, who could care less about the service they provide. After walking with Mooring when I picked up my truck, the rear bumper had been painted black, which was originally silver, and they had placed a cheap plastic bumper cap on the bumper, and damaged the plug in box for trailer lights. When asked about it, he stated insurance wouldn't pay for the bumper, so why they painted it black, which looks like a child painted it, is baffling. He even told me he could take a hammer and pound my light connection box back in to the slot but it may break it, just saying it to be arrogant. After many calls to Service King corporate, we were finally able to find out who a higher up in the company would be to contact. The work and treatment of customers at this location is horrendous, and after dealing with Stephen Hayes its easy to see why Trent Mooring's unprofessionalism and attitude is just as bad. If you want satisfactory work and a properly repaired vehicle, then look elsewhere to a more reputable body shop that cares about their customers and their needs. This is definitely not the one. We are in the process of filing a complaint with the State Attorney General's office of consumer affairs for the shoddy work and outrageous charges made to us and our insurance. And an added note, insurance has authorized a new bumper and work to redo the terrible work and areas that were missed by Service King. This is one to avoid, and with the numerous bad reviews here, I wish I had checked into them a little better before I took my vehicle here just to have to have parts of it redone again somewhere else.

Had paint and body repair done by Service King. They did a great job. I mentioned on my review that my alignment was a little off. I received a call within a hour and they scheduled an appointment to take a look. I went in and they had it fixed with in 30 minutes. Great customer service!!! Don’t hesitate to take your car there.
