We are currently closed until mid April, however, when open we have restrictions on how many people can enter at once, we require all customers to wear a mask and maintain social distancing. We have plexiglass up at the counter and we clean frequently touched surfaces many times throughout the day.
As one who has shopped at Handcraft House, it appears to be a place in which the owner has agreements with a number of artists and artisans to sell their art. Everything appears to be handmade. I don't think that it is on a concession basis, but you would have to ask the owner to know for sure.
