I would not recommend this place. When i booked my two dogs stay on the website i was given the option to add a bath ($22) or bath and hair cut ($40) to their overnight stay. I booked these for my two dogs but at pick up i was charged $41 for a bath and $82 for the haircut. I was then told they don’t advertise pricing on the website and after I explaining that they do they said “oh well those are base prices and we can go up based on the dog.” No where on the website does it say these are base prices. They also added extra fees to our stay like a medicine fee and a healthy pet fee even though i didn’t have medicine or request those items. In total my bill was over $100 more than i expected and the staff made no effort to correct the misleading pricing on their website.

The only place I leave my doodle when I go out of town. My dog can be very apprehensive outside of my house, but at the Pet Resort she is right at home.

Very friendly staff and great facility! Our dog Diesel was so worn out from all the fun! The report cards are great too! We will definitely be back!

If there's a negative star, that's what I would give this place. Been bringing my senior (15 years old) dog here for a few times. Last time I dropped him off, it was around 9 am on a Saturday. I told the so-called manager that we didn't get to give my dog breakfast that morning and requested to feed him. I had instruction during boarding booking that my dog eats 3 meals a day and we give them our home cooked food box when we dropped him off. We picked him up on Sunday around 11:45 am. And we found out that they fed him only 1 time over 24 hours of his stay there. He was shaken up due to not having food in his stomach. When we picked him up, his whole body was so wet and soaked in pee also. We asked why he wasn't fed as the instruction and manager gave us excuse that the kennel girl must be new and didn't know to follow instruction. Isn't that a manager's responsibility to let their employees know with what the expectations of their customers are. When we drop off our fur babies, we trust that they'll care for them in our place which is what we pay for. There was no apology whatsoever and just excuses with why my dog wasn't cared for during his stay. Needless to say, I'm never going to bring my baby here. He could die from starvation and dehydration during his stay here especially bring a 15-years-old senior dog. When we picked him up, all she kept asking was if we wanted to leave tips. They just wanted your money but won't care for your baby. Avoid this place at all costs if you live your baby as they don't really care how your dog's stay is.

Their rates are listed on their website but I pay $35 a day before tax for group play for each of my dogs. You can customize the experience/type of stay your dog can have, depending on your budget.
