I have been taking my cats and dogs here for over 12 years. The doctors are very knowledgeable and caring. Unfortunately, there’s a receptionist by the name of “Penny” who is very rude and has verbally attacked me on several occasions for no reason what so ever. In fact, many others I know who have called or gone up there in the past have also questioned her and mentioned how disrespectful she is. Whether you’re calling to refill a prescription, scheduling an appointment, or asking questions…she will go as far as getting in your face, taking her glasses off, and pointing fingers while verbally attacking you. It almost appears as if she’s preparing to have a physical confrontation. As a professional and business owner, if anyone were to do that with any of my customers, they would be fired the first time for disorderly conduct. If you read their negative reviews, there is mention of this rude and “snappy receptionist” and regarding “professionalism”. Maybe once their rating falls below a 4, the doctors will soon realize that she is not an asset to the hospital. No matter how caring the doctors are, none of that matters as long as she continues to disrespect customers. It is very unfortunate because the doctors have been great; However, after talking to several people on social media and the more I think about it, this place is not so friendly and caring after all. This same lady on two separate occasions has also questioned whether my dogs are inside my truck with the windows up and the engine off (during 100 plus degree weather), while I’m paying for their services and my dogs right beside me (in front of everyone else including other customers). On one of my dog’s last days, she shoved a bowl of water in his face and he almost fell off the table after I politely asked if she could bring him a bowl of water to drink. I guess asking for updates on medication or things such as a bowl of water when your dog is dying is considered “demanding”. A few years ago, they had a cat for adoption. My ex and I decided to adopt it and were looking forward to bringing it home. We had already been promised this cat by others at the clinic. The day I was supposed to go pick it up, I was told by Penny that there were other applicants and that I had to fill out an application. Put aside the fact that we had been promised this cat, as if I wouldn’t provide a good home for it. It was all just to prove a point. I have decided to switch veterinarians. I know a lot of people and have always recommended them on social media, by word of mouth, etc.-as well as on the Nextdoor app. But, this last time was the final straw; Especially after she gas lighted me and said that I “come across as aggressive and demanding”. As a business owner I cannot stand demanding customers myself. I’m far from being demanding. My demeanor and attitude is always calm, professional, and polite. In the end my self respect is most important, and she obviously doesn’t respect herself. There are plenty of other places I can do business with. I do appreciate the doctors but I do believe they could have handled the situation better. Hopefully this will be a learning experience for them. When someone brings up an issue, try and solve the problem. Don’t let the rude receptionist who most likely hates her job and miserable, open her mouth and disrespect the customer even more than before. The other receptionist who was there the other day has also been rude on several occasions. The point of my review is to hopefully encourage improvement for future business. I’m a very forgiving person but enough is enough. I will no longer recommend this place to anyone. As I said before, once their ratings continue to drop due to a rude and snappy “receptionist”, hopefully they will soon realize that they need to replace her with someone professional and friendly, one whom values/appreciates her job, and meant to work in a caring and friendly environment.

Depends on the length of the visit. If it's just a quick assessment with vaccination, it's probably in the 40's. If it requires more time or in depth examination, then it will be more. I can tell you that I would not go anywhere else, no matter what they charge. You will never see more thorough, more caring doctors!
They are closed now. Call blue pearl or neel vet. They are 24 hr and emergency vets.
