I have been using this tag agency for about 5 years and I have never had an unpleasant experience. I went in today and there was a problem with my newly purchased insurance. Robin got on the phone with the insurance company and spent, I would say, about 20 minutes trying to get the info I needed for my new tags. She is kind, polite and professional. I can't see myself ever using another tag agency.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Lauren at the Tag agency. When I was having issues getting what I needed from a different State to transfer my Tag over, she did all she could do the help out! I felt like I was a family member! The whole place was super personable with funny quotes hanging up and awesome painting. Highly recommend using this Tag Agency. I never leave reviews but I wanted to say something as She did so much to help me in my situation.

Yes, we just need your title or registration (title preferred), your dl and Oklahoma insurance. Will also need to see the vehicle at one point or another.

No, it is walk in only. They really should have a take-a-number thing but they don't. You walk in and take a seat and wait for your turn

When you sell or trade in a vehicle you keep the plate. If you are buying a new or used vehicle that plate you kept can be transfered to the vehicle you purchased, you will wait until you are doing the transfer in the tag office or OTC before actually putting the plate on the vehicle because it has not been a signed to the newly purchased vehicle yet. If you purchased the vehicle BEFORE JULY 1ST and there is a plate on it already that you are going to keep...YOU MUST take the plate off and bring inside the tag office so we can see that you have the correct plate...and NO A PHOTO. WILL NOT WORK...OTC says you must bring it inside. THIS IS ONLY ON PUCHASES BEFORE JULY 1ST.
No, we don't do drivers licenses. The closest tag agency to us that does is Village Tag, on May south of Hefner Road.
No. You need the Title, signed and notorized, insurance and drivers license. If bought from a dealer you also need the purchase agreement and odometer statement.
You literally could not bring them enough money to renew your license. They do not do anything involved with them.
