Just a review of LADWP phone customer service, this is a laughing stock, they would not change the incorrect name they put on my account, they needed to add 2 letters to the name to match the mortgage, social, and passport. When i asked to change it to a completely different name, they were able to do it without a problem. This is a joke!

The wait here is way too long the service is way too slow and the customer service is horrible here this place needs to be looked at by a higher official
