Their tech is open 24/7 I believe I have the same issues they have to reset it or something.
ISP only I gave up after a year plus of troubleshooting weather I was on the 3 Meg or 5 Meg plan I only averaged .7 Meg yes 700k latency was good. But only count on below1 meg. If you plan on gaming lower your FPS and only use lower than 1080.

Well as a guy that has recently been shopping around yes there price is alittle high but they do not throttle your internet speed when you hit a certain limit or charge you more like other places do. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and available unlike talking to a robot on the phone. Had a few storms since it's been installed and no service interruption like I've had with another company
