It appears the evisa tab isn't working so copy and paste the following link then click on evisa visitors tab https://accounts.ecitizen.go.ke/register create an account apply and pay download

I don't think Indians get Visa on arrival anymore and their new policy allows only e-visa and not mail to embassy. I applied and got the e-visa already.

Mr Shah you better off flying to Kenya and get your visit Visa at airport. It used to cost $50 at counter. Waiting at embassy will cost you too much time.
