It extremely disappointing to call Kenya embassy in Washington DC. No one picks the phone up, ever. It just rings and rings and rings . What are their business hours I would like to know because even when call at business hours same thing no answer.

Keep trying, they get busy sometimes. The best option is to go there if you are around the DMV area.
