Why was I not notified that my autistic sons bus would be late getting him home?? Isn't there a protocol in place to notify parents of issues? He was over 2 HOURS LATE getting home today. I find it ABSOLUTELY INEXCUSABLE that nobody called.

Trust me, I plan on it. They have the parents phone #s. I know the driver's can't use their phones. I'm still extremely upset.

From my understanding the bus drivers CANNOT use a phone to call parents.. it's the office responsibility to do that. Get in touch with transportation and get your question answered or call the bus company... You definitely need answers as to why...!!!

Why does the managers suck and treat employees the way they do.. i see the way they handle their calls and gosh they say they will call u back and they dont i had a probem they shrubbed me off but but i bet they dont do their family that way.

This company is consistently late picking up my son. 5-10 minutes is understandable but we are experiencing consistent late pick up of 15-30 minutes past expected arrival time. Is this normal? Is this the expectation?
