I’ve used their services before and they always did pretty good. This time my daughter got knotless medium braids for school and they didn’t do well at all. Big boxes, Crocket parts, and the style only lasted 2 weeks. Knotless braids only lasting 2 weeks for 250$. Never again. They’ve lost us as customers due to the inconsistency in services and stylist. They hit or miss, honestly.

My sister has gone here twice and has had luck but the one time that I tried to go and book my appointment they canceled it two days before for no apparent reason so I guess I’ll try again but I’m really not trying to waste my time.

I took my daughter to get high top locs by Lexi Saturday, May 21, 2022. We’d already had a consultation and was told it would take 3 1/2 to 4 hours for $350. She was done in 2 1/2 hours and when I picked my daughter up the locs were twisted up in a bun. She told us to take them down in a few days. We took them down today and it’s a mess! There are only 24 locs all different sizes and my daughters hates it. The locs should have been smaller. It was rushed and not at all worth the money. Now we have to figure out how to take the out. Very unhappy with her work.
