Why do the bus drivers at Kernan Middle School feel that when they come out of the bus loop, they have a stop sign, they feel a need to pull out on to secondary road and block traffic or pull out and expect the traffic to stop for them?

WHAT DOES THE DEPT. OF HWY. SAFETY STATES AS A ROAD RULE? WHAT WAS TAUGHT DURING TRAINING? WHAT'S THE "SAFETY SENSE", IN THAT SITUATION?

That's a good question I use to drive out of that school but I always stopped before pulling out. But you have some drivers that want to get there run done an get home .but now you can call the office an ask them so they can look in to it I hope this helps alittle.
