I understand being understaffed for bus drivers, but my child has had to be driven to school and has had to call us from work to get a ride home because bus 16 is so over crowded that kids are riding on the floor. Then they brush me off.

Yes you can call STA the Terminal for Bus 16 or Transaction office an they will work with you .

Call and talk to the terminal manager at sta or call the transportation office at the district and they be able to assist you
