I had a string of bad luck with my 2016 X3 35i. I contacted the pre-owned department of Tom Bush. I had the pleasure of speaking with Walt Pickens and I told Walt my story. On Sunday (10/3/22) a tire blew apart on a car carrier which sent debris flying into the air and hit my front bumper which cause my front bumper to be damaged. On Monday (10/4/22) my rear tire was hung up on a concrete lip while trying to park my car at Flagler Beach. Once the rear tire gained traction the car lunged forward into a Jeep. My car smashed into the tire on the back of the Jeep. There was no damage to the Jeep. My SUV did not fare so well. Walt Pickens was so kind and empathetic about my situation. He told, me don't worry I will find you a car and we will make it work. I knew I was in good hands. We have always taken the safety of our employees and customers very seriously. Since the beginning of the COVID-19 outbreak, we have asked all employees and customers to wear face masks while in our store and within six feet of another person and socially distance whenever possible.
