I love lush but this location is terrible — the staff is completely under-trained. Two men working on the evening of 9/2/22 were entirely unhelpful (they were chatting up other customers who had no interest in buying and left me waiting at the counter for 10 mins) and rude at check out. How long do you need to ring up a customer who’s been waiting at the check out counter after the other customer that you’ve been selling to leaves without a purchase? and why would you ever give attitude to a customer who is willing to buy without your staff having to spend time with them? If HQ is reading this review, you should really retrain/fire these employees. Even if you’re short-staffed, they’re counterproductive

My wife and grand daughter love this store. Bath bombs, soaps, facial stuff, tooth paste, they have some cool stuff!

The workers are so sweet and helpful! We had come in close to closing hours and they were unperturbed as well as friendly still. While I felt bad for coming in late, they reassured me that it was quite alright!
