I’m so satisfied and grateful to these guys. Also they are located in the Water Tower 3rd Floor! There’s no advertising for them but the are there. Thanks Again! Love You Guys 💙

Terrible customer service today! I don’t know if everyone was just having a bad day or what, but I was never greeted when I walked into the store. Which wasn’t a big deal, but what I didn’t appreciate the most was the check out process. Janelia J. rang me out and let’s just say she didn’t say two words. No hi how are you nothing. She didn’t even say how can I help you or did you find everything once I got the register. She motioned me with her hands for me to come forward and that’s very rude! While she was ringing me up it’s like I was interrupting whatever she had going on. She was having a conversation over the headset with someone else the whole time . She never even gave me my total I just had to read the screen. After I paid she handed me my receipt and went back to doing whatever i interrupted her from. Absolutely rude experience and it’s unacceptable! I didn’t feel welcomed and I’m not eager to come back.

PATRICK. PATRICK. PATRICK. THIS WAS THE BEST STORE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD.HE WAS EASILY THE NICEST PERSON EVER. My friend and I came from Grand Rapids, Michigan to go to a baseball game and we went to the water tower place. Patrick immediately came up to us and introduced himself and asked us questions about makeup and helped us find products and then continued to talk with us like we have been life long friends. He left us to look at products and see if we wanted anything and then continued to check on us and ask us how we were doing and if we had any questions or needed and help. PLEASE IF YOU GO TO THE WATER TOWER PLACE ASK FOR PATRICK AND TELL HIM ABOUT THIS REVIEW. I wanted to cry knowing I would most likely never see him again He deserves everything for his constant kindness and he was so helpful! He helped to find the perfect products for my friend and I based on his personal experiences which were very helpful! Please please please GIVE PATRICK A RAISE!!!!!
