Why does the managers suck and treat employees the way they do.. i see the way they handle their calls and gosh they say they will call u back and they dont i had a probem they shrubbed me off but but i bet they dont do their family that way.

At this time I do not have a answer management. I know they are under a lot of pressure because of the shortness of drivers your best bet is to reach corporate about your answer

I worked at first student in 2006 and sta bid them out in 2009and i stayed and drove for sta until sept 18th 2017 i did the best job i could. I loved my job, my kids and my moniter and my paycheck also there r some nice people at sta but there r some very bad , cruel, and rude people there expecially lee rd and head people that have only been there about a year or a year and a half and they want to come in and just fire people for stupid stuff and dont allow others to proof their innocence in any situations and that is not right. We all deserve a chance in life. Thats what i think about that.. oh some of the best drivers and monitors are at mayport lot thats my opinion it has nothing to do with anyone person ..

Student Transportation the managers are very friendly to me i just got hired on as back up monitor i am going love this position maybe can move up into doing office work.
