Anyone interested in joining me for a group complaint to top management about the unsanitary conditions and lack of responsiveness of local mangement?

Hi Lourdes, Its not use of giving a group complaint. The management does not care about any of these. THEY JUST WANT THE RENT ON TIME...! ITS THE WORST COMMUNITY TO LIVE IN THE NEIGHBOURHOOD OF GAITHERSBURG

I already called their regional manager, and fiked a complaints but no used.
